What started as a small idea during one of the hardest transitions of my life has grown into something so much bigger than just coffee. It’s a story of service, resilience, reconnection, and passion — poured into every single cup we create.

After serving in the military, I found myself searching for purpose in a season of uncertainty. My daughter, in her brilliance, casually suggested I apply to Starbucks — and that simple moment ended up changing everything. I fell in love with coffee all over again. Not just the drink, but the experience. The way it brings people together, slows us down, and reminds us that we’re seen.

The Brewed Collective was born from that love. It’s our specialty coffee and tea brand, delivering high-quality, small-batch blends directly online — crafted for moments worth savoring.

Then came Coffee Bae Catering — our luxe mobile espresso, matcha, and dessert bar. We’re not just about coffee; we’re about creating curated experiences. From beautifully crafted lattes, to our ceremonial grade matcha bar and branded corporate activations, we design memorable, connection-driven moments at weddings, private gatherings, and major events across DFW.

We’re veteran-owned, family-rooted, and deeply intentional about every detail. From our specialty-grade beans and precise measurements to our hand-crafted syrups that elevate — never overpower — each drink.
